- Employer/Recruiter Information: If you are an employer or recruiter, we collect your company name, workspace settings, team member details, job posting content, and evaluation criteria.
- Interview Data: When you participate in an AI-powered interview session, we collect audio recordings, video recordings, transcripts of your interview, and AI-generated assessment reports.
- Payment Information: If you purchase our Services, we collect billing details and payment card information. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors.
- Communications: When you contact us for support, feedback, or inquiries, we collect the content of your communications.
- Survey Responses: Information you provide when responding to surveys or questionnaires.

- Usage and Log Data: Retained for up to 24 months for analytics and security purposes.
When personal information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

14. Google API Data Use (Limited Use Disclosure)
Firstview's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When you connect a Google account, Firstview accesses Google user data only to provide calendar features requested by you, such as:
- identifying your signed-in account email;
- reading calendar event information needed to support interview scheduling workflows; and
- creating and updating interview-related calendar events.
Our Strict Commitments Regarding Google User Data:
- We do not use Google user data for advertising.
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not use Google user data to train generalized or non-user-facing AI/ML models.
We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except:
- to service providers strictly required to operate requested features under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations; or
- as required by applicable law.
